Waivers
- Administration Fee [Moodle BASIC]*
~The only fee charged is an Administrative Fee of $15.00/month USD for ALL students regardless of country (see Tuition/Fees page.)
Fee Waiver Forms are available for those students for whom this fee would be a financial burden. We do not want anyone to feel that they cannot study God's Word because of finances. We will gladly waive the Administrative Fee for anyone, anywhere, who feels it is a financial burden -- if hardship can be proven. This fee is only to facilitate the keeping of academic records for all of the students seeking a degree. We encourage those students all over the world for whom it is not a burden, to pay the Administrative Fee to help keep the college operating so that they themselves, as well as those who cannot afford the fee, can keep learning the Word of God through our free courses. If it is any kind of burden to you, please do not do pay the fee. (But, be sure you submit the form or it may affect graduation.)
Waiver is NOT retroactive! (i.e. does not apply to and waive any months prior to the waiver.) The waiver applies only from the time the waiver is submitted, and granted, onward. Students will still be held responsible to pay for any fees not yet paid prior to the date of the accepted Admin Fee Waiver.
ALSO NOTE: Admin fees must be up-to-date (or a waiver already in place) for any official papers to be issued (such as transcripts, certificates, or degrees.)
- Demerit Revocation
If you believe you have been given demerits unfairly or in error, select this option. You must provide sufficient explanation to excuse the error. Just a reason for why something happened is not sufficient. NOTE: MUST submit requests on a PER ITEM basis. That is, if you received demerits for more than one thing (e.g. quiz spacing in one subject, AND quiz spacing in another subject) you MUST submit separate Demerit Revocation forms for each. Otherwise, the submission will be discarded.
- Street Preaching Exemption (Publick Ministry Series)
If you reside in a country where street preaching is illegal, you may submit a waiver requesting an exemption from the street preaching requirement and you will be granted the exemption. If you are granted an exemption and a test question asks if you have fulfilled this requirement, please answer "I have been granted an exemption" on the basis of your exemption. If you are not granted an exemption, then you must fulfill the street preaching requirement in order to pass this course.
- WPM / KPM Exemption
~One of the requirements of the typing course is that you reach Words per Minute levels that increase with the progression of the lessons. If you have a physical problem that prevents you from reaching the WPM requirements, you will need to submit a request detailing the problem and we will consider granting you an exemption from that particular requirements. However, you will still need to keep track of your WPM/KPM progress, and turn it in at the end of the course. There is a sheet available in the Required Materials/Textbooks Section of the typing course.
