Student Account / Account Status

  • Maintenance is Student's Responsibility -- It is the student's responsibility to regularly check their Activity Status any time they log in, and to change their status back to "Active" if it is marked otherwise. (Unless a special attendance waiver is in place.) Falsifying one's account status may result in accidental deletion, or demerits.

  • Unused Accounts are Deleted -- Any/all accounts that are idle (i.e. have not been accessed in a certain length of time) for over 90 days will be removed (to keep old, unused accounts from bogging down the system --unless a special attendance waiver is in place.)

  • Records Not Kept for Removed Accounts -- Should your account be removed for being Idle too long, any/all schoolwork you have done up to that point will also be removed, as we do not keep academic records of students who "dropped out" due to an idle account. However, you would be more than welcome to submit a new application to study with us, and start again if your account is removed.

  • SLBC is not responsible for deleted accounts that were regularly accessed, but the user failed to verify/edit/update their account status.
