Frequently Asked Questions

Most of the forms that you are used to dealing with during a course will no longer be needed. (e.g. The Begin and Finish Sign-In forms for courses, or Password Request forms for quizzes/tests.) However, there are some used during a course that will still be used. (e.g. Closed-Book Contract forms.)

The need for Begin/Finish Sign-In forms has been eliminated. A "Course Start" questionnaire is used to mark your official start of the course, and the date of the Final is considered the "Finish" date for the course. The system registers each time you sign in and complete a task (such as completing a quiz), and a timestamp is assigned to the completed task. We can then easily check to see if something has been accessed and when.

Password Request forms are also no longer needed, and have been replaced by Entrance Codes, each code is specific to a particular course. You won’t have to use the code each time you enter the course, just the first time. Entrance Codes can be found in the “Course Codes & Credits” section under the “Other” category. (But only if you have successfully completed the “Level Start” questionnaire first!)
