Frequently Asked Questions

Withdraw from the College
We are sorry if you feel you no longer want to continue your studies with us. That is your choice, of course.

If you want to continue your studies with us, we would be pleased to have you do so. However, if you do choose to continue your studies with us, you will be required, and responsible, to follow all proper procedures. If you do not follow the rules and procedures set by the college, we must still enforce them and you will run likely into the same difficulties as before. Many students have not followed the rules, which has caused a loss of work done by the student. This is unfortunate, and may seem unfair, but to maintain any credibility as an educational institution we must have rules and regulations for study and it is the responsibility of the student to follow them. This is a college, and college students are expected to be able to follow instructions, guidelines, requirements, etc.

Consider carefully what your next step will be. You have several options:

  1. If God led you to study His Word with us, then follow His leading and continue with your studies.
  2. If you only are studying because of curiosity about God's Word and that curiosity remains, then continue with your studies.
  3. If you believe another school can better meet your needs in the area of studying God's Word, then switch to that school.

We will respect your wishes in the matter whether you choose to continue or you choose to withdraw. If you do choose to withdraw, then please submit a Withdrawal Form and your file(s) will be removed from our system.

Please Note: Once you have submitted a withdrawl form, it will be reviewed, and your Moodle account will be marked for deletion during the next Check & Purge.  At that time, all of your files in our Moodle system will be removed, and we will delete any other files related to your account, this includes your application and any transcript files.  This means that, once you have been removed from the system, should you decide to return, you will need to submit a new application, and you will have to start all coursework from the beginning.
