Frequently Asked Questions

In order for us to edit/change a grade, you must first submit a Grade Dispute / Grade Correction Request.

After submitting your request, we will review it and determine if changing your grade can be allowed. If changing a grade will be admitted, you will be contacted and required to provide visual proof (see: "Take / Create a Screenshot") of the test/quiz results. Your name must be visible in the screenshot, as it is displayed on the webpage, in the upper right-hand corner or at the bottom-center. If you do not or cannot provide these screenshots as stated, we cannot change the score.
