Frequently Asked Questions

If you’ve taken a test or quiz more than two or three times and it is not being updated properly, then you’ll need to provide proof of the grade you received. This will likely require you to take the test/quiz again. At the end, when the results are displayed, you will need to take a screenshot, making sure to capture the name of the quiz/test and the grade received. You must also make sure your name shows in the screenshot and is not cut-off. If your name does not show on the screenshot, then you will be asked to resubmit, as we cannot be sure the score belongs to you or another student.

Then, you’ll need to submit a Grade Dispute/Correction Request. We will then reply and ask you to send the screenshot(s) of the tests/quizzes in question. Once we have received the proof of the grade you received, we will review it and regrade the quizzes or tests if necessary.
