Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re having trouble accessing Moodle, the Moodle-generated emails with your username and password may have one of these issues:

• Lower-case Ls may look like an upper-case Is or the number 1
• Upper-case Is may look like lower-case Ls or the number 1
• The number 1 may look like an upper-case I or a lower-case L

It is best to copy/paste (at least) the password from the email, to prevent mistakes.  Also, make sure you change your password upon login, as the password you were given is temporary, and likely not easily remembered.


You can always reset your password by going to the forgot password page and using your email or User ID.
