Frequently Asked Questions

Enrollment codes can be found in the “Course Codes & Credits” in the “Other” category. Each Level (First – Fourth) has its own section with its own list Enrollment Codes for the courses in that Level. (The Moodle system calls these "keys," but we refer to them as Enrollment Codes.)

In order to get the list of Enrollment Codes for First Level, you will first need to complete the Tutorial (located in the “Other” category), as well as complete the “Testing Agreement.” (The link to which is found at the end of the Tutorial.) At the end of both of these, you will be given a Completion Code.

You will then need to use both Completion Codes to fill out and complete the “First Level Start Questionnaire” in the “Course Codes & Credits” area. Once you have entered the correct codes, the Entrance Codes for the First Level courses will be displayed on the “Course Codes & Credits” area’s main page.
